Is it possible to get the art print in a larger or smaller size (or ratio) than you offer?
All art prints are designed in the most common sizes for large frames. If you would like a different format, please email us at contact@seizo.io and we will contact you.
What paper are the art prints printed on?
The art prints are printed using the giclée process on high-quality, matte, thick, durable, acid-free, museum-quality paper (200 g/m²).
I received the wrong item. What now?
Please be sure to take photos of the incorrect item and the packaging in which it arrived and email them immediately to our customer service (contact@seizo.io).
An item is missing from my order. How do I get it?
Please first check your tracking link sent by DHL or GLS. If your order contains multiple items, it may have been shipped in more than one package. When all packages have been delivered, please send us an email immediately (no later than within 30 days of arrival) with photos of what you received and the packaging in which it arrived. Then we will find a solution immediately.
What happens if the art prints are delivered damaged?
We do our best to ship your order safely. If your order arrives damaged for any reason or in any way, please notify us immediately (no later than within 30 days of receipt) so that we can help you resolve the issue.
We always offer to send replacements for damaged items. We do not offer full refunds. If you do not wish to have a new item shipped, we ask that you arrange a return instead or make another arrangement with us.
